Howlong Tennis Club - Membership Registration

How to register

Click on the button below to register and pay your Howlong Tennis Club membership online. If you do not wish to pay online by credit/debit card, you can select Bank transfer or Cash/EFTPOS. Your membership will not be active until we receive payment.
Log in with your Tennis NSW account. If you don’t have an account please create one. You can use the same account for all family members and each time you renew your membership.
Once logged in click on Membership in the menu and select the Membership plan you would like.

Membership season runs from 1st September to 31st of August of each year.

Membership Options

All Memberships excluding the “Junior Membership with Ball Fees included” plans, do not include ball fees. Each time you play a competition you will need to pay ball fees. Ball fees are $6 per night for Monday and Thursday nights and $5 per week for Saturday competition.

A membership entitles you to entry into club competitions, with court access outside of competition play and coaching.

The Membership options are:

Adult Membership
$60 per year
Family Membership
$130 per year
2 adults and 4 children under the age of 18
FULL Junior Membership with Ball Fees included
$100 per year
A person that is 17 or under
Includes Season Ball Fees and Club T-Shirt, Hoodie or Cap
IMPORTANT: Do NOT choose this plan if you want to pay half of the membership with an Active Kids Voucher. Please choose the HALF Junior Membership option.
HALF Junior Membership with Ball Fees included
$50 per year PLUS the Active Kids Voucher
A person that is 17 or under
Includes Season Ball Fees and Club T-Shirt, Hoodie or Cap
IMPORTANT: Choose this plan if you want to pay the rest of the membership with an Active Kids Voucher.
Junior Membership only
$35 per year
A person that is 17 or under
Autumn Comp Membership
$40 per year
For Memberships made after 1st February the Adult Membership will be $40 and valid till 31st August of that year.
Non Playing Member
$20 per year
A “Non Playing Member” is a person who does not wish to play tennis at the Club but has an association with the club. A non playing member is also entitled to join the committee.

Active Kids Voucher (for the “Junior Membership only” plan)
Active Kids Voucher PLUS Credit card/Cash/Cheque/EFTPOS/Bank Transfer (for the “FULL/HALF Junior Membership” plans)

Active Kids Vouchers

The Howlong Tennis Club accepts the $50 Active Kids Vouchers as payment or part payment for the Junior plans.

Parents, guardians and carers receiving Family Tax Benefit can apply for an Active and Creative Kids voucher for each eligible child.

Voucher 1 – 2024: Available from term 1

Applications open: 1 February 2024
Apply for and use the voucher by: 31 December 2024

Voucher 2 – 2024: Available from term 3

Applications open: 15 July 2024
Apply for and use the voucher by: 14 July 2025
