Our Night Competitions run on Monday and Thursday nights, with two seasons: the Autumn Night Comp from February to May, and the Spring Night Comp from September to December.
The Saturday Summer Pennant runs from October to March.

For Casual Court Hire a key is available from Mail ‘n’ Mart – 55 Hawkins Street Howlong.

Non Members: $15 refundable key deposit + $10 Court hire
Join a team for the Howlong Tennis Club’s Saturday Summer Pennant Competition starting in early October 2026 (date TBC).
The season runs for approx. 16 weeks, wrapping up in early March 2026.
Matches begin at 1:30pm every Saturday, alternating weekly between home and away games.
We’re welcoming players of all experience levels, ages and availability – full-time, part-time, and emergency players. If you’re curious about how the Summer Pennant works or unsure of your playing level, feel free to reach out for a chat.

Monday Night Comp: Ideal for beginners to medium-level players. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your game, this comp is perfect for you!
Thursday Night Comp: Tailored for medium to more experienced players. If you’re ready for some intense matches, this is the place to be!
Start Dates: Monday, 7th September (Monday Comp) and Thursday, 10th February (Thursday Comp), and runs for approximately 12 weeks.
Cost is $6 per week plus membership.
